Ground Floor
Tenterfield provides spacious accommodation to guests with a large open-plan ground floor living space comprising kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The modern kitchen is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with electric oven & hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage space, including a utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, iron and ironing board. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the dining area.
The dining suite will seat all the guests at table in comfort and enjoys views through the French windows which open onto the south facing garden, flooding the room with sunlight.
Beyond the dining area, the main lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi is free but guest will need their own PC.
We have a 7x4ft, slate-bed pool table and the ground floor is completed by a shower room.
Upper Floor

The staircase rises to a galleried landing off which open three bedrooms (2x double, 1x twin*see below) and a bathroom. All the bedrooms are simply decorated and provide a peaceful atmosphere in which to relax. The bathroom has a corner bath and over-bath shower.
Also entered from the upper landing is a cosy sitting room with a Chesterfield leather suite providing seating for 6 guests. Again, French windows allow warm evening sunshine to fill the room.

Gardens
Tenterfield has a large mature garden with lawned areas and well established planting containing interesting flowers and shrubs. The main garden is south-facing and very sunny with views over the neighbouring woods and fields. There is a sheltered picnic bench and outdoor seating area. In addition to the main garden there is a small orchard of fruit trees in a separate garden.
Vehicular access to the house is through a wide, open entrance which leads on to a circular driveway and ample parking area. There is a second access to the house from the lane, through a small picket gate and courtyard.
